What you receive for this lawn service: Mow, trim, edge, and blow starting @ $35 per mow for an average size yard. (Average yard is 5,000-6,000 square feet.)

Lawn Renovation
Core Aeration/Verticut/Overseed
Core Aeration is a maintenance plan for your lawn, and should be performed once a year. Core aeration helps break up compaction of the soil, especially in high traffic areas. Verticutting is needed when you are not happy with the thickness of your lawn. You may have brown spots from heat stress, grubs, not enough sun, too much water....and the list continues.
